Our leasing department utilizes the latest in application and credit screening procedures. By using these three major components, we are able to select the best potential tenants for your property.

Comprehensive Marketing Plan
We work closely with our in-house marketing department and consistently look at methods and assist in the development of new ways of marketing our rental units. Whether using video, print or social marketing, our company provides maximum exposure of your property to prospective tenants.

Full-Time Leasing Department 
We employ full-time leasing managers and agents. We are aware that most prospective tenants’ availabilities don’t line-up with the usual 9a.m.- 5p.m. office hours, so our agents can and will show properties 7-days a week. Leasing your property in a prompt, efficient and thorough manner requires us to show properties when most companies may be closed or during non-office hours.

Strict Tenant Screening
At HomeTeam Property Management, we pride ourselves with having a rigorous and thorough tenant screening process. It includes, credit, employment & prior residency verification. We also follow all federal and state guidelines.
