A lot of property management companies claim they can manage property successfully while actively selling houses, funding loans, having an escrow office in house and so much more. We challenge that claim; in fact, we disagree with it.
The reality is that property management is a specialized field of real estate with its own risks and its own set of laws. HomeTeam Property Management is a full service property management company and it’s all that we do. We do not sell houses, fund loans or do any other non management related business. We concentrate solely on being the best property management company. Our policies, procedures and our company goals reflect that.
