Here are just a few ways our company employs technology to save our clients money and keep costs low.

1. iPads - All of our property managers and leasing staff utilize iPads. By deploying iPads for our staff we have been able to create digital inspection reports with photos on the field and e-mail them directly to tenants and owners as soon as the report is complete.
2. Docusign - Our company uses Docusign for owners and tenants who would like to digitally sign their documents. By using Docusign, the need to print documents for signatures is no longer necessary and provides a more secure and efficient method of document management.
3. Online Payments - Our company allows for no cost online payments for rent and ACH distribution to owners. This provides an easy, convenient and secure method of paying rent.
