Shun also has the experience, in Real Estate Rules Regulations, and Technology, with additional specialized knowledge in programming and systems implementation.

Shun works with his staff to find ways continually improve the services as well as the experience for property owners, employees, tenants, and vendors.

In his downtime, he enjoys Olympic Recurve Archery, reading, poker, board games, and comic books, and is always on the lookout for a new and interesting hobby or skill to learn.

Carmen is passionate about assisting her clients in achieving their real estate investment goals. She works hard to make sure that her clients are taken care of while taking the time to provide personalized service to each person she works with.

She resides in San Diego with her husband and daughter. You can find her on the weekends walking her two dogs at Bonita’s Rohr Park or Coronado’s Coast. 

She has a strong and established track record in customer service, formally working at the Union-Tribune and working as a News Assistant and supervisor for the Newsroom.

She believes that developing strong relationships with property owners, tenants and vendors is important in building a strong foundation for success.

Her hobbies include singing, and crafting, and enjoys spending time with her Tabby Cat, Odie.

He has over 8 years of property management accounting experience with over 5 years of managerial accounting experience. He carries strong attention to detail as well as a thorough knowledge of both accounting and property management.
